Every visit is a structured record
Each site visit by an interior plantsaper is logged through a workflow: site check-in, observations, materials used. Visit history is searchable and auditable, not a text message or a handwritten note.
Deterioration is flagged before it is visible
When a plantscaper observes a plant reaching the 30% deterioration threshold, they log a flag. The operations team sees it immediately and prepares a replacement. The next visit arrives equipped, before the client has noticed anything.
Flags stay open until resolved
A flagged plant cannot be silently forgotten. The flag persists in the system until a resolution is recorded. No deteriorating plant falls through the gap between visits.
Our Commitment
We operate on defined thresholds. When a plant deteriorates beyond 30%, the problematic plant is replaced. For sudden failures, such as environmental shock or an overnight pest infestation, response is within 24 hours.
Scope of Work
Weekly service visits: watering, pruning, and fertilising. Condition-based 30% deterioration plant replacement. Monthly reporting included. Minimum 12-month engagement.
